How does Storyly pricing work?
Storyly pricing depends on a few factors, the monthly-active devices and also the number of products that you'd be interested in using among the three product offerings.
What does this pricing cover?
Each plan offers a distinct set of features. The pricing covers the integration cost for all plans. In addition, for the Personalization & Widget Suite and Comprehensive Orchestration Suite level deals, the pricing also includes after sales, support services. Detailed information and comparisons are available here and upon request.
How is MAU counted?
Monthly Active Users (MAU) are calculated based on the total number of unique devices who see the Storyly placement within a 30-day period.
Are there any additional fees needed to be aware of?
There would be no surprise costs. Additional fees are only applicable in cases where the agreed MAU limits are exceeded or if there is an agreed change in package.
What happens if the MAU limit has been reached?
Number of monthly active users (MAU) shall be based solely on Storyly data. In cases where the tier is surpassed due to the increase in the number of users, the difference in the number of users shall be billed to the Customer within the terms of this contract by the Company as follows: In case of exceeding of MAU more than 5%, three months in a row or calculated 12 months average of MAU exceeds the agreed package more than 5%, this excess use shall be billed to the customer and customer shall be moved up to a higher Storyly pricing package in the sole discretion of the Company.
Do the prices listed on the pricing page include tax?
Tax is not included in the prices listed on the pricing page. Tax will be included in your billing receipts if needed.
How does the subscription model work?
Our subscription model is annual.
Are there any set-up or integration fees?
No. It is included in the pricing.

Are there any onboarding or training sessions will be held before we start using Storyly?
Yes, onboarding and training sessions are provided as part of the Personalization & Widget Suite and Comprehensive Orchestration Suite packages. These sessions include detailed alignment meetings, dashboard training, and technical guidance tailored to meet the specific needs of your team.
Is plan upgrade possible within the term of subscription?
Upgrade is always possible. The calculation between the packages will be held according to pro-rata principle.
Is it possible to go-live without signing a contract?
Contract is a mandatory step for going live.
What would be the additional prices for the add-ons, premium features and use of multiple products?
