The story of Storyly

…began back in 2020 with the ambition to inspire mobile brands to create their own authentic world. There was one question in our minds: “How could we disrupt and create a brand-new media unit out of Stories in a way that would improve user engagement and conversion?”

We knew that there was so much more to explore beyond the limits of the mobile screen.

As a serial entrepreneur, Emre is the Co-Founder and CEO of AppSamurai, Storyly, Growth Tower, and Netvent. His previous experiences include finance, sales, and business development roles at PwC, Inta Spaceturk, Enerjisa, and Oracle. He has a degree in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University and an Executive Leadership degree from UC Berkeley.

Having pivoted his career from engineering to mobile marketing, he made growth possible for many well-known apps. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Middle East Technical University and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government.

He joined AppSamurai in 2018 and currently leads cross-disciplines of frontend, backend and mobile at Storyly. His previous experiences include mobile development at Anvato.
